The more skillful excursionists will find on Monte Cucco several routes to explore its underground caves.
Not only caving though: even the hiking and mountain biking along paths of great beauty and canyoning increasingly practiced by young people, which is in the gorge of Rio Freddo steps and descents with the ancient sedimentary rocks and carved by the water course perennial and very cold. The Monte Cucco is pious, since 1980, one of the competition venues most frequented by pilots of free flight around the world. It is one of the few places where are held national and international competitions flight of high technical level.
